Our Culture
A Culture Based on Community
Montana Academy’s culture is based on students, staff and families learning and growing together. Students that come to us at Montana Academy are bright, worldly, talented adolescents who have experienced some level of breakdown across realms, academically, socially, and emotionally. All have gained a new level of insight and self-awareness and are seeking to build a more confident sense of self while navigating how their decisions affect themselves, their futures and others around them.

Like All Great Cultures
We value integrity, excellence, respect, inclusion, and collaboration. We believe a well supported, balanced life means a balanced mind.

Ongoing Conversation
Montana Academy encourages lively discussion and debate both in the classroom and outside of the classroom. We don’t shy away from challenging or difficult discussions. On the contrary, we believe it’s through stimulating and sometimes controversial conversation that comes an awakening of purpose, passion, and intellectual growth.
“The therapists and team leaders were very invested in the boys. The boys also kept each other honest.”
