Montana Academy has partnered with Parchment to send your official transcript quickly and securely to outside institutions. When you click on “Order Records,” the link will open a new tab. If you don’t already have an account, you will need to create one before you get started. If you need some help, please watch the instructional video below which shows the steps to take to complete your request.
Note: Third party transcript requests must also be made through the Parchment system.
Transcript requests are free while you are enrolled at Montana Academy. On August 1st of your graduation year, there will be a fee of $10.00 associated with sending your transcripts. Final transcripts will be made available anywhere between 2 and 4 weeks after students have graduated. All orders are processed during normal school business hours.
If you are a senior and need to send your official transcripts to a scholarship committee, coach, military academy, or any other person or institution that is not directly related to a college or university admissions office, or if you are applying to a college that does not accept Parchment, please email Amanda Wittpen, Montana Academy Registrar, by clicking on the button below.
Important Notes For Upcoming Graduates
- For December graduates, please use 2021 as your graduation year when requesting through Parchment.
- Final transcripts must be requested. Parchment does NOT automatically send your final transcript. It is your responsibility to request the transcript.
- If you are requesting your final transcript before final grades are posted, you must check the Hold for Final Grades checkbox. Otherwise, your transcript will be incomplete and you will have to send another one.
- To request a transcript of a student that has transferred from Montana Academy, please email our Registrar, Amanda Wittpenn by clicking on the button, below.
